SAFE AND SECURED FACILITIES
- The disinfectants we use are non‐toxic, non‐corrosive and non‐irritant and are included in the US EPA list of disinfectants proven effective against COVID‐19. Each batch of disinfectant used is provided with a certificate of analysis and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
- PAQ (Peroxydimethyl Alkyl benzyl Quats), a germicidal and virucidal disinfectant , is used to disinfect surfaces, high‐touch objects and floors of public and private areas. It is also used for the foot sanitation mat at the main entrance and sprayed onto luggage of newly arrived guests. PAQ does not cause discoloration, and has no foul odor unlike sodium hypochlorite (bleach).
- 70% isopropyl alcohol and PAQ disinfectant are made available for the perusal of guests inside the rooms as well as in public areas in the hotel. Disposable face masks and gloves are provided for in-house guests.
IMPROVED HOUSEKEEPING
- Guest rooms are fogged for 30 mins with 100 ppm hypochlorous acid disinfectant (Marvekleen®) that does not contain hypochlorite bleach, before check‐in and after check‐out. A room is left vacant for at least 24 hours after check‐out before subsequent guests are allowed to check‐in to ensure that the room is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Housekeeping staff make rounds every 2-3 hours to disinfect the public toilets and high touch surfaces in public areas.
